What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?

How do I see and manage what's in my cart?

To see and manage the contents of your cart, go to your shopping cart at the top right corner of your screen and click "My Cart".

What forms of payment does 27Hills accept?

For Indian orders, we accept Credit Cards, Net Banking, Debit Cards, ATM Cards, Bank's IMPS and Mobile Wallets. For International orders, we accept PayPal transfers and Credit Cards via PayPal.

Will I be charged tax?

We'll only collect tax amounts required by law.

How can I place an order by phone?

Currently, we do not support order by phone. But you can send us an email at pure@27hills.com and to place the order. 

I live outside India. Can I still place an order?

Yes, you can place an order outside India.

How can I check my order status?

You may check your order status in any of the following ways:

  • Log in to your account, select order history, then click on an order number.
  • Refer to your shipping confirmation email for information about how to track your order.
  • Click Order Status at the bottom of every page of this website.
  • If you need assistance with a recent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at pure@27hills.com. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What if my order doesn’t show up on the order status page?

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at pure@27hills.com. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If we have already processed your order, we cannot cancel it. You can, however, return a product for a full refund according to our return policies.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 27Hills makes every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service.

What if I need my order tomorrow?

Special rush requests may be accommodated when possible. To place a special order request, please connect with our Customer Service Team at pure@27hills.com. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?

No. 27Hills uses a variety of shipping services to deliver packages. The choice of carrier is determined by the type of shipping selected, destination (shipping address), and the size of your order. We will select the best carrier to keep the shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of shipping. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

How is the tea packaged?

Tea is packaged in a moisture proof heat sealed foil pack to ensure that the tea stays fresh.

How can I order teas to be mixed together?

Since all teas are individually packed we are unable to do this, but you can mix them yourself once the tea arrives.
